On being lazy

You would think that, today being a Saturday, having so much free time on my hands, and having had plans to do some yoga in the morning, some yoga in the evening, maybe go out running for a bit and all that....

Since the past few days were so busy and I squeezed workouts at the end of the day, with today, this rare free day, I just did the ultimate couch or bed potato thing. I practically stayed in bed the whole day and letting Netflix run, LOL LOL LOL.

And I'm actually tired after doing absolutely nothing for the whole day hahaha!
