(Vietnamese Pho in my workplace's coffee shop - for whenever I feel like going on holiday - the soup base is what makes me think I'm in Vietnam! It comes with all these condiments, this time I tried to put 3 sliced pieces of chili, hoping to get a bit of heat.... I got a big kick! No more chilis!)
