Actually, I'm not done yet. I've been digressing so much, my story is like, half way through nowhere.
That's what no planning gets you to.
I'm actually still working on that thing... hopefully to close it up nicely, but at least, haha, I don't have to worry about the wordcount.
Eventually in the future NaNos, I hope to actually write a half-way decent story, at least with the pacing and stuff. In the past 3 that I won, it was actually just meshing out the word count, there were never any concrete plots.
So there. Next year we'll play again!

And I've never finished a novel during NaNo, even the years I "won."
There's no way I'm getting 50k this year, at this rate it will probably be 20k. I'm still happy with what I wrote of the story so far though.
