 Was just randomly initiating the DW imports and....

it was successful?

Everything has been imported..........

This is weird.

This is awkward LOL. Now what do I do? Maintain both, I suppose.

If you follow the dw_maintenance page here, it gives you updates on the current importation of things from LJ and ways to ensure everything comes over. Gives you true updates instead of hearing things from so-and-so and is super helpful! 🙂

Mine suddenly imported everything even though I hadn't started another import. No comments though :(

I got the comments too, as openIDs. However, the images I had posted on LJ are still linked to the LJ source, so if LJ does go down, my photos will go too.

I most likely won’t go for a paid service on DW (if LJ does go down) so I’m now researching image hosting that allows for hotlinking.
