Writing paper

So a couple of months back, I read from [livejournal.com profile] sight about thie Hobonichi Techo thing. I've known about Japanese schedulers and I know how attractive they are. However, I will never attempt to start anything like that, so I don't really plan on getting it.

The one attractive thing about it is the Tomoe River Paper, because from all the things I've read of it and seen in general image searches, it's like a really good type of paper to write in. The image below is from Gourmet Pens, you can see all their testing here.

I like the fact that it doesn't bleed through, and it takes fountain pen ink as well.

And well, I'm now itching to get this type of notebook or notepaper. But why use such extravagant paper at work? Well, I'm thinking why not? I spend a lot of time at work, so if I should luxuriate, I luxuriate at work, shouldn't I? But I've got a lot of time to hunt for those, as I'm only half way through my current notebook, and then I have the Hogwarts notebook I bought in London, and after that I still have another cat notebook to use. A lot of time to look for it.

This wish for getting this paper may have come up partially because I decorated a birthday card to a friend a couple weeks earlier and the color felt pen bleeded through the card and ruined the actual cover of the card. My friend still seemed pretty happy with my drawing inside, so I guess, yay for me.
