I have a sick dog being hospitalized. The Min Pin and his pancreatitis again. Am a bit depressed, despite my always harping that he is not my favourite dog. This is probably the last time he will be hospitalized. If he pulls through this time, and then after some time needs to get back again, then we probably need to sleep him in.
It’s really conflicting. He’s never going to get 100% ok. But then he’s also not like going 100% really bad. I like to think that I’m pro-letting dogs live, but on the other hand, I don’t have limitless money as well.
I don’t know. For now, let’s just hope he pulls through.
(And once again I am having a mini-fight with my Dad because he’s the one feeding all the crap to the dog that made him sick)
On another dog-related note, the Canidrome will host one last adoption day for the grey hounds. It’s a pretty big story lately. The dog race place (Canidrome) is closing down and there’s like over 600 grey hounds that need to be rehomed or “dealt with”. I must say, physically speaking the grey hounds look so beautiful! But we have enough dogs and we have cats so it’s no way for us to bring in a grey hound.
