Is it the shamrock? Or a musical instrument thingy (lyre? harp?)

Not within my cultural radar... LOL so, no, absolutely no idea what it is. A TV show?

haha, nah, not really. Though I believe in the idea of such fairies (can they be considered fairies?) to instill some kind of lessons to kids, makes it more fun I suppose.
