elusivek | Geeking out: Trials of Mana (Reply)

Oh oh oh, allow me to geek out a bit! I just saw that they are FINALLY releasing a remake of Seiken Densetsu 3 on the Nintendo Switch! There's supposedly another video with the gameplay, and I'm inclined to think the gameplay in 3D will probably suck (as in lag or have too many animation scenes), however, just for the nostalgic factor, I am geeking out so much! Yippity yay! My dream team is Reize, Hawkeye and Angela, but I always choose Charlotte because for the last character because then you can get her earlier.

And the soundtrack! It brings all those memories back...

As a kid, I took forever to beat this game because
1. Didn't know any Japanese
2. We were only ever allowed to bring the game console out during the summer holidays. Not even on Christmas break! Only during summer holidays. During school time, all gaming consoles had to be locked up. (I say "all gaming consoles... we only had one LOL)
3. Always got stuck in one particular point. Only after a few years that I got through that point (had to wait till night time to go into the black market)

Right... so later this month there's Animal Crossing coming out... and then end of April it's Trials of Mana (can't get this name to stick... it's still Seiken Densetsu 3 to me). Hopefully they will stop at that. I've finally whittled down my earthly possessions so I don't want to just start hoarding stuff again! And I need to budget my time as well!

(now if somewhere somehow they do a Shadow Hearts remake................ too early for that I guess)
