This was rather amusing to not share but since it's all in Chinese I also didn't want to just post the photos (then I look like a crazy person just cackling to myself).
The casino gaming concessions are going to expire end of this year (were supposed to expire earlier this year.... mid year or something, but got extended to the end of the year) so now the current concessionaires are submitting their tender proposals or bids.
Look at these submissions!
One crate are the originals, and the other crate are copies. How I understand it, when you submit things to the government, you submit the original and the copy, and the copy gets checked with the original to make sure it is a copy of the original, and then gets the receipt date and time.
There are 6 concessionaires in Macau. 5 have already submitted their tenders. One concessionaire still missing, and there might be new bidders as well, but that means there will be one more new crate of... papers...
My questions is, who's going to be the poor chap to go through all that. And that is what I'm cackling about. I'm also enjoying the one-upping... like, the boxes get larger, or are wrapped up like a gift, and all that.
