Saturday, 11 February 2012 11:36ohwell. Hi.
I just noticed that, although I set on my iPhone app for posts to be made public, the livejournal settings overrides that. So all my supposed public posts are f-locked. oops.
Not going to fix that though. So here is a public post hohoho.
I managed to find a source to watch Sherlock season 2. Just watched first episode last night, the one with Irene Adler. Everything was quite spiffy and nice, but the very very very end was a bit of a cliche. boo. Poor John. haha. And what do you know, there IS a John Watson blog out there. With the counter still stuck at 1895. That really cracked me up. And the stuff he typed (on the show) was actually what was typed on the blog. LOL. And I wonder if there really is a Science of deduction website with 243 kinds of tobacco ashes...
Apparently there is. But the tobacco ash analysis post has been deleted. Help. I'm guffawing here. LOL.
All fangirling aside.
It's Saturday. No plans whatsoever. I should go read a book. I don't think I could hit my 50 books this year on Goodreads. But it's not that I don't read. I read the newspaper everyday. I read online novels! Shouldn't this count to the... erm... ok not books, but word count on the number of words I read? Here's me being petulant.
Oh I went to the doctor again a couple of days ago to fetch my MRI of my right knee. The report is at work so I can't quote word for word, but in general, everything is fine, except that I have some water/liquid in my knees... which means I have a slight infection in my joints. So, I'm to continue taking Viartril (some kind of glucosamine I guess) and to do some special exercises everyday for 10 minutes. I have walk on my tip-toes, and then walk on my heels with my back stretched straight. Apparently this pulls a muscle on the inside of the knees and that is the muscle we should develop to protect the knee. Okayyy.... I'll try.
Tonight I'll be going out with my friends to one of those private kitchens I've mentioned before. I am so looking forward to it. We went there once, and I thought this guy is really good! Then we went to another place that my friends thought was better, but no, I like this first guy's place more. He's a food importer/distributor of sorts, so he uses his products to serve these tailored meals... I've never had such good salt before. Seriously, this guy had some salt (from the UK) that was really good. Then he had that mustard from I-don't-know-where.
Maybe I should review some Japanese. And seriously start with the German exercises my aunt prepared for me. hm... ok. Will go do that.
Ah... starting to feel bored. Whatever.
