Mid-year look at: Happy 2012
Tuesday, 7 August 2012 11:44It suddenly came to me that I should check how my resolution list is going, and I am really sad to say it's not coming in nicely. Resolutions are made to be forgotten about anyway. LOL
1. Not even once! Well, I did use my DSLR for my Czech trip, but I do that for every holiday anyway.
2. Not even once! Well, maybe one time in April, if I recall... but... yeah...
3. Same as above
4. Same same
5. Reading progress really poor this year
6. Unviable. The special milk I need is OUT OF STOCK but I continue to drink it twice daily whenever I've got it.
7. Almost the only thing I've kept doing all along
8. Once in a while.
9. Not everyday but I still do that yes
10. given up
11. trying
12. also has to be given up. Eye doctor said I've got some kind of infection in the eye and forbade me from using too much make up. hm...

I don't know if 2012 will really be happy or not, but, a greeting needs to stay positive ya?
I'd like to jot down a few 2012 resolutions for myself, in no particular order, or as I'm thinking:
1. Use my DSLR camera at least twice a month
2. Study 1 chapter of whichever Japanese learning book I have once a week. (Either Minnano Nihongo, Live From Tokyo, and some other Japanese texts studies)
3. Study 1 chapter of the German book my Aunt will be giving me once a week
4. Blog 3 times a week: LJ (English) / Ameba (Japanese) / Blogger (Portuguese)
5. Challenged myself to read 50 books in 2012 (that's on Goodreads.com)
6. Drink 2 glasses of Anlene HIGH Calcium Low fat milk DAILY
7. Track all my expenses on my iPhone App
8. Drink all the teas that I've got (and I've collected quite a lot)
9. Ride on my OTO bike (stationary home-use bicycle) every evening for 30 minutes
10. Run with the dogs for 10 minutes during their morning walks. (On this note, any tips for me on how to increase lung capacity?)
11. Start learning how to coordinate clothes
12. Start using all those make-ups I've got
I guess that should be good enough for now. hm, interesting... nothing work-related. I'm actually pretty de-motivated right now, but ohwell. Not even thinking about saving up money for the apartment.
oh, I'm in a bit of a sour mood, yes. I'll probably write something about it later.
