am I being diligent enough?

I'm here again! I should be able to read through part of my f-list today... Currently at the nail parlour waiting for this to dry :-)

I decided to go happy shiney color this time. It's summer and I'm going on holiday in 3 days!

So yesterday I put in an extra morning at work, but both the interviewees decided not to show up for the interview. The labor market really has turned this way. The labor have more say than the employer. It's making hiring an assistant a pain in the back, so much so, I'm not really putting my whole heart in it.

I'll see what the hiring manager says, and see if thru got more CVs. Apparently HR thinks I shouldn't review the CVs, I should just interview them all... Even so, I do have standards so I will continue to review the CVs as needed!!
