It's been a while

So... it's been AGES since I've logged in to LJ on an actual computer... life has been really demanding... I can't even start to say what is what and why it's the way it is...

Quick summary of my life so far:

- Boss continues to irk me
- I continue to irk boss
- Watching the twice a month new Sailor Moon... for the nostalgic factor, hating it all over again, but starting to like the CLASSIC anime
- which is causing me to read a ton of fanfiction, which is really wasting all of my time... I know that in truth, but I just keep on wanting to read them... heh...
- Portuguese class sucks... I can't even say way... it's so stupid I can't find a thing to say about it... give me a couple more classes and I'll start compiling all that...
- Just found out a change in my tastes... I now find Marks 'n Spencer fashion irresistibly lovely...
- Nursing my headache since the company-funded Oktoberfest on Friday... crap...
- Missing Japan the moment I stepped on the plane...
- Contemplating NaNoWriMo...
- Contemplating starting my self-study Japanese again. I remember, I stopped at lesson 29 on Minna... but I can't find my notebook with my notes... (procrastinator alert - finding random excuses)

The list is endless...

so... I'll just stop here and make my rounds around my F-list. I have to say hi some time or another!

Snarky towards the boss

Just suddenly remembered the snarky things I said to the boss while being half-way drunk at the Oktoberfest...

I guess he was belittling my life (or my lack of a life) and said something about he being there looking out for me, or something like that...

I slammed my half pint beer glass onto the table, pointed a finger at him, and said:

"Hold it right there, my life is good. You take care of your own life."

The boss had his mouth hanging open, closed it, then high-fived me saying "OK kat, that was a good one."

....... I suppose I'm still cool with the boss....??? Guess I'll find out on Monday....
