Been a really ruddy friend here...
Wednesday, 22 March 2017 23:34I'm so sorry, not only have I not been able to catch up with anyone on my friends list, I couldn't even make a proper post instead of a rant. I'm giving up precious time to do that cross stitch I posted below to write this post because, frankly, my eyes can't take the cross stitch anymore.
The last time I did a cross stitch was back in grade school...... and it sucked. My new cross stitch this time? At first it sucked just as badly, but now by the second color, I've sort of gotten the hang on it - just go on one direction all the time and then find the way back.
My days lately look like this:
6.30am - Wake up, start up the brain. Usual morning rituals
7.15am - Walk the dogs
8.30am - Watch the dogs eat (coz only god knows why they need an audience to eat) (and to check that the food inhaler does not steal food from others) and feed the cats
8.45am - Prepare breakfast
9.00am - Get changed for work and leave
9.30am - Arrive workplace (though lately it's more like 9.45am)
12.30nn - Lunch break - Read any of my started books
1.30pm - Back to work
7.00pm - Arrive home, get changed, walk the dogs
8.00pm - Dinner
8.30pm - Watch the dogs eat and feed the cats
9.15pm - Do the dishes
9.30pm - EITHER - go on the indoor bike for 30mins (usually if there's too many dishes and I took too long to finish them), OR go take a walk for 1.5hours (usually when I don't have dish duty)
10.30pm - Shower
11.00pm - free time (nowadays - cross stitching)
12.00midnight - lights off
I'm planning to skip dinners now as anyway we eat so late nowadays.... and I don't really want to eat anything after 8pm. I've been diligent in my exercises but my weight just steadily goes up. Annoying. And I'm already the type that doesn't really snack on crap. I don't drink soda. I've cut sugar from my lemon teas.
A bit of a break from the norm this week: I'm going to Tokyo!
My sister was being a bit annoying about her "haha! you are too early! The sakura trees will blossom on the first week of April, when I am there! You've missed it!"
Well, then, look at this.

The sakura trees are blossoming 5 days earlier and I've got them now. You've missed it.
Yes, just being childish here.
I still need to pack though. It feels like i'm not bringing anything there. Oh yeah, disposable underwear! I forgot to get them.... need to get them.....
