1. What do you have mixed feelings about?
It's one of those, On the one hand, but on the other hand things, right? I'd really like to be the easy-going no-fuss department head... and while I think I'm somewhat achieving that, I can't help but think, if I ruled the department with an iron fist, would things go easier? I'd like to be easygoing, but I expect a certain degree of self-discipline as well. Is that double standard?
2. What blended drinks do you enjoy?
I suppose coffees are blended drinks? But I don't really like coffee. I like a good chai or milk tea (not the same as tea with milk), but at the same time, I am not a fan of the newfangled bubble tea drinks like a "cheese mouse with strawberry and milkshake"
3. At social or professional gatherings (when it’s safe to have them), how easily do you mingle?
I'm a loner type. I don't initiate talks, but if spoken to, I can bluff my way around some stuff. I don't know what it says about my mingling skills, but it's safe to say, I don't really enjoy such functions.
4. When did something most recently stir you to tears?
I think it was this morning when I was watching a video on Facebook about a butcher in Turkey that would feed the stray animals that come to his shop. There was nothing cruel in the whole video, but I just suddenly teased up. I didn't bawl, if that's what the question wanted to ask, but my eyes did get wet.
5. What did you most recently add to your collection of something?
Stones... stones.... stones!!!!! I got a piece of Pyrite! I love it! I loooooove it! It's the Fool's Gold! It's so SHINEY! I SOUND LIKE GOLLUM NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My friend told me a certain shop had just got a restock of Pyrite at a very good price. I went to look, and indeed, it was a very good price, so I bought it. Then there was another stone that right now I just can't remember the name of... I think it's Azurite. And because we bought 2 stones, the shop said we could choose a third stone for free.... and I got the biggest, grungy-looking thing they had, and it was an Amethyst. This is my stones corner:
The pull-out drawer beneath it has all my stone bracelets, mwahahaha!
