Again, I'm trying not to give out too much about the story... but this movie is so typical, as with Japanese movies (for me). There's that deeper, hidden message that I can't quite grasp.
There are funny moments (like the guy that's... having problems being especially well endowed), there are sad parts, there are mystifying parts.
I had a nice surprise seeing my childhood favorite game Puyo Puyo being played in-movie.
(Potential spoilers without saying too much)
The mini detective mystery segment was rather touching... like the whole fiasco of Homone's was really just so that people would notice what was going on with Shogo. I also still don't get the mystifying part where Inogi shows up for a second in Shogo's room. So was Inogi just an illusion?
Interesting while it lasted, but I don't think this movie is for people who like to have a very linear storyline and have a definite conclusion.
