Yes I've been quiet
Tuesday, 27 September 2022 23:48It seems I've been quiet. I was never away! I've just been busy.
So now that the Boss has successfully gotten into one of the top tier global MBA courses, I'm starting to see a slight pattern. He really doesn't seem to have much work on the surface, from where I see. He's involved in a lot other companies, associations, and whatever, that I'm not privy to, so he could be busy with these other projects. But for the few projects that I'm directly involved in, I don't see much of it.
As I had, right in the beginning, cut the chase and told him point blank that, I would get him INTO an MBA course, but I'm NOT GOING TO DO any assignments and DEFINITELY NOT the thesis.
But, now I see I've got some extra time on hand. Yes. Why would anyone complain about being idle? But I'm idle, and I admit it.
Seeing him studying stuff for self development is making me feeling like doing that as well but I also do not feel like shelling out the cash for that. So I was at Coursera just browsing around looking for stuff to learn and I find 2 free courses that, if I later decide to enroll in the MBA program from that school, the scores from these 2 free courses would count towards the MBA program. And so, I find myself doing an online MBA thing from a University in Brazil. I much prefer things this way. I try out the course, if I like it then I'll think about paying for the whole thing.
