Countdown to Taipei

Woefully unprepared but gotta face it: Going to Taipei on Saturday for the half marathon on Sunday. Planned to squeeze in a last practice run today, but then it was raining. I could run tomorrow, but I want to be packing and make sure I have everything. The lock in my bag is a little wonky, so I need some time to go get another lock to use outside of the bag. Getting an outside lock would be easier than getting a whole new bag with the right size.

I've got some simple idea on places to go after the race, hopefully I'll get motivation (or willpower) to go lol. i've got very, very little cash. I'm going to try to survive with credit card. I do have some cash, but want to avoid exchanging more.

My Mom's friend asked for help to pay her lawyer, and she transmitted a good chuk of euros to me. I have no idea what to do with euros. But okay, I guess.

We're under a rare chilly spell this week. It's gonna warm up again over the weekend, I'm sure. But it does mean we're in the Autumn stretch
