Banana Bread update
Sunday, 24 June 2012 22:36Well, I dunno, I cut the bread in half and kept one half in the fridge, and the other I left outside.
Today the piece outside tasted a little funny... I dunno if it's to do with the humid weather, or the banana or whatever....
hm....
tomorrow I'll try to toast it before eating and see if it helps a bit with the funny taste. I don't really know what the funny taste is, but I'm sure yesterday that taste wasn't there. Perhaps the bread wasn't totally cooked? Weird... and I don't know how the other half that went into the fridge right in the beginning tastes now.
Oh yeah I'm slowly changing the layout here :D
Thinking of a new header image as well. huh....
And I still haven't thought about the travel plans! Been so busy these days!! argh!! I need to look at my PTO balance, my cash reserves and... dates... I MUST MAKE SURE THE DATES ARE NOT PUBLIC HOLIDAYS IN JAPAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's the error I made last time in Osaka!
That's a lot of stuff to do in a week, the boss being away or not, hm....
