Pancake day?

So I heard from a friend that it's Pancake day in UK today.

And what do I do? Be British. Get Pancakes.

I heard this is a branch of a UK pancake place. But the pancakes they served are more like American pancakes.

The pancakes were good though, so I guess that's what things should be like.
