(Not quite) Wordless Wednesday 22-February

It's the mythical 2-22 day (nyan nyan nyan ニャンニャンニャン day) and I remember my Japanese sensei used to say it's "Cat's day" (because the Japanese sound of a cat meow is "nyan") But I've been posting quite a bit of cats lately, so I'll let it go today.

What I have today is a traditional Chinese signage. I once read somewhere it's going extinct, as they can't get new apprentices and no one seems to appreciate the art, so despite it still being unfinished, I captured a photo. I will return when it's completed and shoot another photo :-)

yeah. though when I mentioned that at home today, my mom said it was "Cat Day" a few days ago in some other culture but she also forgot where I've googled and found out 17 February was World Cat Day

Well, I think when you have cats, every day is cat day.
