elusivekI’ve picked up the habit of listening to podcasts. Recently I’ve been listening non-stop to podcasts. It started out with an Australia-based podcast (Casefile True Crime). I actually managed to finish all of the podcasts available at TuneIn and Apple Podcasts. Then it fizzled off a bit and I listened to music again. Then recently I found a new podcast (True Crime Garage). These 2 podcasts are pretty easy to my ear. I listened to a couple other crime-related podcasts but the hosts just didn’t get me right.
So for now, these are the 2 (well, one, coz I’ve gone through all existing available Casefile ones) that I’m listening to now. Constant. So much so, yesterday I was listening to it and then I was conked out and dozed for a bit… knowing I was listening to the podcast and I don’t remember what exactly I heard, but I know I was listening to voices as I dozed for the bit. Which is dumb, really, as soon, all the cases and incidents just kind of blend together. And then I don’t remember which is which. Huh.
One of the more memorable ones was a recent Casefile case, one about a Pizza man delivery and a scavenger hunt. The Casefile guy does a pretty good job despite him being the only guy reading (or reciting) alone. Then a couple days ago, I was just clicking around Netflix and saw a documentary on the exact same case. Wow. Poor guy. The Netflix show was split into 4 episodes, so it was far more detailed than Casefile. It’s so sad.
Although the True Crime Garage has some 100+ episodes, I guess I’d soon go through them eventually. Does anyone have any favorite Podcast to recommend?

I also listen to a podcast called Sleep With Me at night. It's surrealist bedtime stories to put you to sleep.
I prefer ones that are more conversational. I haven't gotten into any true crime podcasts but True Crime Garage sounds interesting.
