Kraft sandwich cheese (I would think)
2. What was the type of cheese you ate most recently?
Brie, Camembert, Flamenco cheese at a buffet 2 weeks ago
3. What is the most unusual cheese you ever ate?
Cheese, or “proper cheese” is a luxury item here. So eating blue cheese is already pretty rare here. Once upon a time a bakery opened selling cheesecake made with blue cheese. Surprisingly good.
4. What is your favorite cheese?
The Brie!
5. What is your favorite dish made with cheese?
Well, I do like cheese, and as I said, cheese isn’t exactly a common commodity here. (I do not consider pizza or pasta cheese as proper cheese). There aren’t many dishes with cheese around. I just like to eat cheese with crackers or bread.
