Sick day

I’m still thinking what I actually did. I can’t think of anything.

I can’t seem to recall what actually happened, but my back is stuck. Specifically, my lower back is all stiff and in pain. What did I do? No idea. I had been doing some night exercises for 2 weeks when my back pain started 2 nights ago, so it’s not that. I didn’t twist, I didn’t fall, there was so trauma, so I have no idea how and why I’m stuck with a stiff lower back.

Since I knew the boss isn’t coming to town anyway, so I figured to just take the day off today. Of course I’ve informed him already, and promised I can still handle ad hoc work from my phone.

I rubbed some sort of muscle ointment and went under the red lamp thing at home, and after showering last night I put on those plaster thingies. It seems to be helping some. This morning I changed the plasters. I think I will be well enough to go work again tomorrow.

I hope you are all better by now.
It is really annoying when you find yourself hurting and can't remember any good reason for it. If you know why, it often means you have better idea how to treat it, but if you do not...
