Follow up technology woes

So I managed to workaround that, and that is to first rip the CD onto the MBA's (MacBook Air) hard drive, then disconnect the SuperDrive and connect the external hard drive to move the files over to it and sync to my phone.

But now, another funny thing happened.... Album Art! In the syncing process, I don't know if it's iTunes or if it's the iOS, it messed up the album art! So the album art doesn't match the album/song on play! This is so annoying. I give up.

As a side note, I tried to sync those to the iPod Classic and this issue doesn't appear there, so I think it's an iOS thing. Duh. I'm tired. I'm going to bed first...

iOS and Apple products only seem to work perfectly with other Apple stuff... I finally gave up and my new phone and tablet won't be Apple, lol. It's fine if you want to stay within the Apple ecosystem, but I also like to rip CDs or buy cheaper albums from Amazon or thrift shops.

I understand that thought and I’m also tempted, but what I hate more than the Apple ecosystem, is the Android UI. I have to use an Android phone for my work and it’s just, I don’t have words for it. And besides, Apple is easy to use for the parents, and I’d rather be on the same platform as them, so if they have questions, I know how to answer. It’s now evolved to I’ve turned on iCloud/family sharing so they don’t have to worry about anything (coz I can just do stuff for them) and... well, I’m just digging myself deeper into the Apple ecosystem haha.

I'll miss that too, mostly having my photos go right from my iPhone to my iPad. When it does work, it works great!
