1.Had enough winter/summer yet or are you just getting started?
I've resigned my mind to the reality of, it's gonna be, at best, Autumn-y for winter. Winter vs Summer isn't too bad, as long as it's dry (meaning, not over 90% humidity), (cold) air conditioning is a common thing here, whereas heaters are scarce here.

2. Will you do anything to acknowledge the Winter/Sumer Solstice?
It's a public holiday here for Winter Solstice. It's the day to go back home and stay with family, according to Chinese customs. Have dinner, and then eat dumplings, or anything that's round.

3. Will you have a Christmas vacation/break this year and travel some place?
The thing with Macau now is, going out isn't the problem, it's coming back in!!! If I can find the connection (I hear it's now mainly via Singapore), I can go anywhere. The thing is coming back is a huge commitment, I'll have to stay in a quarantine hotel for 14 days, and I refuse to get locked up in a hotel room for 14 days.

4. What do you miss about the preceding season already?
Well.... it's almost end of December, and it still feels like Autumn, so there's not really anything to miss, LOL!

5. What don’t you miss?
I don't miss the constant heavy rains and typhoons. Yes, rainfall is good, but in order to be efficient (no, I'm not trying to control the weather) the atmosphere should distribute the rainfall more evenly LOL. I sound soooooooooooo snobbish, saying what the weather should do LOL

I wish we acknowledged it the way you do. Until about a week ago, we were stuck in Fall, too, but it's starting to get cold now.
