Interesting light-reading material. Three teenage girls have to embark on an adventure - with their Stones, they are able to cast magic. They go into FairyLand, and have to find the Legendary Hero. After, to face the Darkness - how should they defeat the greatest Darkness and Evil, when Evil exists in every person?
At the same time, a sickly girl in Paris struggles on. Will she conquer her own darkness as well?
The idea and concept was good. Light-hearted, lively, with a little bit of sarcasm, irony and humour, this proved to be amusing and interesting.
However, the story somehow feels a little lacking. Scenes are loosely connected, and in parts it's a little corny. For example, they explain that a certain trip "will take 2 weeks to reach there", but in the next chapter, "they arrived there already". As for the a little corny part, it's like one says "he is good" and everyone says "he is good". Then another one says "he is bad", and everyone agrees that "he is bad". But after all, this is a children's book - maybe I'm just being overly critical.
Anyway, I believe that this piece, written by a 13-year-old girl is wonderful. I'll be looking forward to Bujor's future works. Bujor has a lot of potential.
