This is actually an attempt to do something similar to what the comm [livejournal.com profile] adayinmylife, just I didn't do a 15-30minute interval so I'm not posting there :P

Woke up around 7ish
Untitled

Went out to the varandah/balcony to test the temperature for the morning
Untitled

Prepared the dogs for their morning walk
Untitled

Took them out, hoho
Untitled

Sent them all into the car to go home. Note Bido's nice face LOL
Untitled

Dad went to buy some nice breakfast! This is simply some rice flour rolls in some sweet and sesame sauce
Untitled

After that, I spent the better part of the morning washing all the 4 dogs. I sent them out to the balcony to go under the sun, since some of them dislike to be dried by the hair dryer...
Untitled

It was a tiring job, but then I still had to work
Untitled

Dad made some home-made pasta for lunch :D
Untitled

Then I decided to sit down for a nice cup of earl grey...
Untitled

While I have the Les Miserables Original Cast on my player :D
Untitled

Then I suddenly remembered I needed to get something from out
Untitled

Passed by a super-crowded downtown center
Untitled

The Boots/Watson's type personal store I wanted to go to was simply so packed... and it was so hot and warm, that I decided... to just go back home... not without an iced GTL!
Untitled

And I passed by this place... waiting for their opening ceremony... apparently it's the Paddington House of Pancakes
Untitled

As I reached the top of that hill, I saw this dog sitting nicely like this...
Waiting...

Half-way home, I decided to just go over to my area's corner supermarket to get what I needed.
Untitled

Saw something that might be of interest to some people... old old old building wall and the door
Untitled

After that, I went home and it was time to walk the dogs again...
Untitled

And we see the beautiful sunset
Untitled

And we take the dogs home, dog sitting on my lap...
Untitled

I was going to some talk show with a friend, so we decided to meet at this small little ramen restaurant.
Untitled

It's really a tiny restaurant... with some 4 tables and around 4 seats at the bar/counter... turnovers are crazy!
Untitled

Then we decided to wait for a bus to go to our destination
Untitled

Frankly, I have no idea who this artist is... Well, for starters, her name is Cheuk Wan Chi 卓韻芝 and the show I went to is 罪該萬死 One Night Stand 澳門站 (Dislike - Macau stop). It was enjoyable, yes, it was.
Untitled

Next my friend brought me to a tiny little bar called Che Che... nice place, and the boss makes excellent cocktails!
Untitled

Soon, it was time to go home and started my trek home...
Untitled

You know, walking by the Ruins of St Paul at 02:00am... it's empty!
Untitled

The "souvenir street" was... next to empty!
Untitled

Arrived home a litt after 02:15am, quick wash, and went to bed.

And that, was my day on 9 March, 2013.

Haha, thank you ;-)

Yes, i speak Portuguese, although not fluently. But I think I could survive an everyday Portuguese conversation, haha

That mix of Asia and Europe is really amazing.
Do you always drive to a place to walk the dogs?

Yeah, we have to drive them out somewhere everyday. 4 dogs and 2 humans, we have to walk them off-leash, and that really isn't viable in walking in the residential area. So we drive them out to that grassy area and let them roam by themselves.

I always find the breakfast choices of different cultures so fascinating. I myself am tired of the usual American breakfast - eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, toast and coffee - yet there is very little deviation from it. Like we may substitute the toast with pancakes and maple syrup, or the bacon with ham or corned beef, or for a quick breakfast have cereal or yogurt. But generally it's the same few items, just cooked slightly different.

I suppose that's just because of the multi-cultural nature of Macau... We have places serving American breakfasts, English breakfasts, Chinese, Portuguese, etc...

This rice flour rolls thingie is one of the Chinese breakfasts...

right now, pancakes sound sooooo goooood :P
