Nah, just thought I'd be checking in for a bit, since I wasn't around for a while.

Livejournal asked me to do a survey. I did not like it. But I've been hanging around here long enough, so I doubt I'm gonna move. Though I must say the new changes on Livejournal are just irritating. This is a journal style community, not Facebook.

I did an impulse buy last night...





A Pullip Doll!





I've always wondered what the obsession with Pullip Dolls were. I have an acquaintance who has a whole collection of them.





I needed some extra points on my American Express card (once I reach 30,000 points I get a free round trip ticket to Japan - part of my plan for my year-end getaway) so I was wondering what I could buy just for the heck of it. Most shops locally don't accept American Express anyway, so, it's really rare I could use that card.

So yeah. I figured, why not get a Pullip Doll, but not just any Pullip Doll. So... yeah, my favourite character. I still have to think about cleaning my shelf to make space to display the thing... I'm excited.

I was never a doll kid. I hated Barbies. So this is a strange thing for me.

So hah. We'll just see when it arrives... Hopefully it will be after my parents have flown out (they're leaving for Europe in mid-July). My Mom is sure going to grill me if she sees the thing (I think it's kind of big, 31cm tall?)

Whoa! Sailor Jupiter!! My favorite growing up was Mars, because I looked the most like her back then. Haha.

I was a hardcore loyal to death Jupiter fan...until Sailor Pluto stepped on to the scene!

Pluto is cool but I think due to comparatively short screen time, I don't get her too well. Saturn's a close second to my favourite but by that argument she has the shortest screen time ever :-P
