1. Do you live a house, a condo, or some kind of apartment?
I live in an apartment.

2. Do you rent or own?
Neither. My mom owns the apartment and she refuses to receive payment (be it rent or meals or just expenses). She's happy when I treat the family for dinner out once in a while.

3. What’s one thing that you would change about it if you could?
Well, living with family is great and all, but I'd also like to have the privacy and independence of living alone? It's kind of a moot point since it's virtually impossible for a single person to buy an apartment nowadays here (that together with mom vetoing out ALL and ANY target apartments I bring up... I'm doomed to live with mom for the rest of my life or hers....

4. Would you like to move?

5. Do you read the answers of others before answering yourself?
When a question is difficult to understand, and/or answer, then I go take a look. I usually don't comment on non-friends journal unless very much compelled to do so.

It's just safer and one day she will not be there and you can do what you want. Until then, it's better to go along and savor the time you have together. I sure miss my mum.

it does, yes, I suppose that's why all the dogs expenses (food, medical, licensing) are on me.
