elusivekerm... I'm skipping this week's Friday Five as it has absolutely nothing to do with me. Star Trek was never part of my life.
Instead, I'm trolling Tumblr as it seems it was Martin Freeman's birthday yesterday and there's a surge of photos/funny stuff going around.
In some bout of miscommunication, it turns out I'll be hopping over to Hong Kong tomorrow with 3 friends. Wow. Group of 4, I wonder if there will be any fights? But anyway, that's Pokemon Go time and shopping! I'll see if I can get my hands on a pair of new running shoes. I have my eyes on the Nike Pegasus 32 or 33. If nothing else, I'll go try on and determine a size then order one online. Shoes are one thing that I just can't buy without trying them on first.
Nothing much going on. Just did something yesterday and today that had my Boss' guest really very happy and in turn made my Boss really happy so at 3pm he said "go ahead and leave early today". Wow. I took him up on the offer, finished my stuff and left by 4.30pm (I'd be looking at my usual somewhere between 6.00pm-7.00pm get off time, if I didn't leave yet!). Got a bit of shopping done and it's about time I start getting stuff together for my trip.
