Back to the real life

So I've been back for 2 days, it's been ok so far.

Of course, my boss is away, it's the weekend, and it will be a public holiday for most people tomorrow (but not me).

I might not write a travel post of my trip, or I may. Depends on how much time I have. I'm writing a physical scrapbook of my trip, and soon I have to work on my Germany trip. So if I have no time to write a blog post, I'll just scan my scrapbook.

Yes, say high to the extremely lazy person haha!

Highlights though:

- Bran Castle was amazing, though sadly not Vlad the Impaler's castle, just a reference to Bram Stoker's Count Dracula's castle

- saw a couple of amazing sunsets

- witnessed a seagull steal breakfast from an outdoor table

- played with many wonderful puppies and kitties

- didn't know I was going to Kosovo (Prizren).

- also didn't realise I would be visiting the Latin Bridge at Sarajevo

- I vow to revisit Bulgaria

- I vow to revisit Albania

- I vow to revisit Croatia

- Romania... Ok I vow to revisit Romania

- I'd like to go back to Sarajevo and shoot more photos of the old town area. (We got ushered to a nearby mall because everyone was bemoaning that it was cold, so the tour manager took us to the mall. Geez. I'd much rather stay in the cold and shoot more photos!) I guess I can rephrase that as I vow to revisit Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I think the only part of the tour that lacked some excitement was in Romania, but that can also possibly be because we were all jet lagged and nobody talked to anybody.

There's also that thing with the tour manager which I've now pulled off as I've suddenly gone shy LOL. Thanks to all those who commented.

Ah... Back to work tomorrow... Duh....

I hope your day back at work goes well. Sometimes it is hard to settle back down into everyday life after a trip.

I think it was nice that my boss is not around on the first few days I've started work - gives me the space to catch up on stuff and see what there is to do.

Only this year. After my Germany trip I guess my travel plans are pretty much I existent
