elusivek1. What are you thankful for this year or are you just happy it’s nearly over?
I believe that through the challenges I've faced, I've gained insight and experience in life, and I'm thankful I survived that. That being said, I still didn't like 2017 in general.
2. When you have a traditional family get together, be it Thanksgiving, Christmas or for some other reason, is there a dish that you just have to have or something is missing?
We have relatively frequent family gatherings, and these are usually buffets, but I'll use our annual Christmas dinners that my Mom hosts, and the go-to dish is a garlic and olive oil spaghetti, for the kids. We are not big on turkeys, we only serve turkeys if we happen to chance on a deal. What we also serve every year is a lamb leg.
3. Do you like turkey?
Not particularly...
4. Do you anticipate or dread family get-togethers?
I don't mind the family get-togethers, I just mind the cleaning up after the party whenever we host it.
5. If you could get your family/friends to listen to you at one of these gathers, really listen to you, what would you say to them?
Nothing really. Everyone listens when someone is talking, coz we are a nosy bunch. (So-to-say)
