I was planning to do the Friday Five but I guess due to the time difference, there's no update yet. So I'll just post something (as I promised myself I'd be posting more regularly now)

I just came back home from a pilates class and a yoga class. It's my first pilates class ever and I think it's quite doable for me - but maybe it's the teacher being lenient. Then, at the Yoga class, the teacher actually asked "Is this your first yoga class?" Ok... seriously, it's not, but since you're asking me this way, meaning I'm really doing badly, so I'll say yes... Then he sort of tried to convince me to go everyday. But sorry sir, my package only allows me to attend 2 days a week, and I don't think I can even achieve that, I'll only be attending the Saturday classes. I'll try to do some stretches during the week, is all I can promise.

I'm just killing some time until I have to leave -  I'm meeting a couple friends for an afternoon tea... so I'm actually starving as I'm skipping lunch in order to do so. Then I have a much anticipated dinner tonight.... a really good hot pot!!!! OMG!

Aw, don't worry about the yoga teacher asking if it was your first class. Not everyone is super flexible, even with years of yoga behind them! Hopefully you will enjoy the class :) I've never tried pilates, though I know I have heard the term before. Is it like yoga?

that's good to know, haha. Actually, I stopped the previous time because the teacher was too demanding. This time this guy, aside from what he said, well, he was pretty easy going and I think it's gonna be okayish following him. So I think I'm good :-)

I found the Pilates session I went to was actually similar to Yoga. Where Yoga is all slow and focus on your stretching and reach, though, Pilates is like repetition, repetition, repetition.

The saturday classes seem to be lined up beautifully in that they start with a Pilates class then following that there's a Yoga class. That's gonna be my constant weekly plan. Now to see how to squeeze a second day iof class nto my week.
