1. What is your favourite food?
I don’t have a favourite food... as I like (almost) everything. I particularly like carbs.
2. What is your favourite food preparation method?
I’m partial to steamed food, though of course grills and deep-fries are aromatic... but I’m going to try to stick to healthy.
3. What is your favourite cuisine or style of cooking?
Again, I simply like good food, pronto.
4. Do you have any dietary restrictions and if so what are they?
Well, nothing health related, I just avoid carbs for dinner. Ever since my stint in the hospital in August, I’ve gained half the weight I’ve lost... I still haven’t gotten back into running, so I have to control my eating.
5. If you could introduce the whole world to one ingredient to improve their culinary experience, what would that be and why?
Deep fried garlic? Amazing stuff.
