Short (?) update

elusivekI am super super sorry for my absence lately. I’ve tried to keep up with at least the regular Wordless Wednesdays and Friday Fives, but life has been busy.
With Christmas coming up it’s been simply crazy - my family’s annual Christmas party and gift exchange (23 presents this year) and at work my boss had me arrange a party for a group of over 100 people.
Yesterday was a long-awaited public holiday (Macau SAR Establishment day) and I originally had a plan to head over to Hong Kong for a casual window-shopping and browsing, but then just the day before my boss ordered to have some 10 hampers to be given out. I felt sorry for his Hong Kong Driver so I said I’d join him and help him with a few that were in downtown Hong Kong, as, Hong Kong downtown is brutal to cars and such. Got everything settled by 3pm and I had a free afternoon. Did my walk around and managed to score another 3 presents off the list.
My boss did say I could take the next week off but I’m not gonna waste my leave days like that. I’ll go in late and leave early, but I’ll still go to work.
My mind is pretty clogged up on work stuff so I don’t have much to say today... let’s see if I have something more to share by Monday, my brain should be able to disassociate itself from work by then!
