I always wondered, what is an eggnog? and how does it taste?
It is clear that it contains an egg ans alcohol, but other than that?

I copied Dad’s recipe somewhere but can’t find to refer to it, but it’s basically beating the eggs with milk or cream over a Blaine Marie to then add in the alcohol. I guess sugar must be involved as it’s sweet too.
