Unbelievable but true reason why I’m late to work (or school) #836

“My dog took a full watering can and ran around the apartment.”

Sounds like a shit excuse but it’s 100% true as this is what happened this morning.

The Frenchie (going to call him the devil’s reincarnate soon if he keeps up his antics lol) took hold of a watering can and ran indoors. Mom started screaming and, as per his usual antics when stealing socks and shoes, starts going crazy (the playful kind) when someone screams at him, and runs around in glee.

It was not so gleeful for me that I had to mop up the mess lol.

And times like this I am eternally grateful for the decision to remove all carpets and rugs when we had our first renovation some 20 years ago.... LOL

Never a dull moment with that terror hahaha.

-snort- I really needed that laugh. I really am sorry about your mess, but I know the feeling. I have been late and missed stuff because of my dog-cleaning so many times. =)
