Not a Husky

LOL some know-it-all at the dog park once again explained to his girlfriend that "look at this dog, this is obviously a Husky! It's a small breed Husky!"

And I, over at the other side of the fence, just replied the couple, "no, as the owner of this dog, I guarantee you he is not a Husky, big or small. You can use the adjective Husky to describe him, but his breed is definitely not Husky. This is a pure mutt."

How is this a Husky? LOL

I had a Siberian Husky and unless she's a small 80 pounds, not so much a Husky, but the markings are close.

I’ll admit the markings are close and if you look at his face (face only) at a certain angle then ok.... looks like a husky. But if you look at the entire dog, no way... he’s like, one third the size of a husky LOL, he’s tiny haha

He is and not fluffy. My poor mum was forever cleaning up great chunks of hair from ours. He more likely has some Border Collie in him. The markings would be right.

lol I get people at the shelter like that all the time... Or they try to get me to guess what breed a dog is. I have to explain to them that we don't do DNA testing at the shelter so we have them all labeled as mixed breed. "Ok but he definitely looks like he's got some German shepherd in him right?" lol. Ughhh, go away!

I'd believe Corgie more than anything else, that "loaf" shape is pretty distinct, haha. Guessing is always fun, but these Doggie DNA test results are pretty wild sometimes.
