thank you! No worries, it's OK. My wrist was acting up so I decided to use this wrist bind to limit the movement of my wrist. After having it on the whole night, my wrist felt better in the morning!

thank you! I think it's a chronic thing. I now put on this band overnight, seems to help and my wrist is in less pain in the morning.
