Christmas Cancelled

elusivekoh boy, Christmas is cancelled in more ways than covid.
First, to report that... I still haven't caught it; day 3 of living with a covid positive patient and still haven't got it. Mom and Sis are also still covid-negative. But it's funny that Dad was all complaining about getting covid and all the food going to waste because he can't cook because that will spread the virus to us.
So we're like, fine, so we'll cook.
But then Dad takes over the kitchen, so he's cooking.
I mean, he's feeling well enough to fight over the kitchen, so, yeah, I dunno.
The big Christmas Family party has been officially cancelled. Darn it, so now the presents are still just sitting in my room... I wanna give them away so I have space LOL.
Another reason why Christmas is cancelled...
This morning I was sitting in bed checking out some apps for the Apple watch face or widgets. I just wanted one extra thing on the watch face so was looking at different things to see when I heard I hugh bang. It sounded like huge transport trucks with goods inside going over a speed bumper with a bit too much speed. But then a woman started screaming about "falling down" and I was worried for a split second that one of my cats fell. Dad quickly went down to look, followed by Sis. I went out to the verandah and looked out and saw a body and blood on the apartment building entrance landing. The crashing sound was because this landing area is used as a motorcycle parking by some residents, so, he landed/crashed on one of the bikes.
The guy was face down so nobody could tell who it was. I then went down also and looked up, from where the guy landed, 1st floor had windows closed, 2nd floor had windows closed, 3rd floor had windows opened, 4th floor is empty, and 5th floor is our floor... so I surmised it must be from the 3rd floor. We would have seen it if someone fell from above us.
Police, ambulance, fire brigade was called. They asked a few questions, figured which apartment resident, and waited for the wife to return from grocery shopping.
It is not known if he jumped (suicide), or was trying to clean windows or close windows and slipped and fell (accident).

Day 4, I’m still negative. My Sis has succumbed to it. Mom is going strong like me. I do feel a headache coming but I’ve been having headaches for the past couple of days but that hasn’t led to anything.
