Still no covid and sick as a parrot

I'm sick.
Really sick.
But I still haven't got Covid.
I know people are congratulating me that "hey good job!" but let me explain the situation in town right this moment.
Clinics are closed and will not take non-Covid patients. There is a platform to upload the home test that confirms you have covid, and then you get a "red code", with this "red code" then you can go to the numerous community tent-clinics. But since I don't have covid, and I have no red code, I can't use those services either.
It's like, the common cold or the good old flu or hay-fever and other sickness DO NOT EXIST now because the fight is all soley against covid.
Pharmacies and over-the-counter flu medication are perpetually sold out, because the crowd from China mainland are coming down to Macau and buying out everything.
I had some paracematol but labelled as painkiller, but I thought since it's paracematol I'd take it anyway. Didn't help. Then Mom gave me another old box (not expired) of Paramolan which essentially is also paracematol, and it's helped to break my fever.
My sense of smell is on overdrive right now, so I don't need the test to tell me it's not covid. Even the box of cat sand that no cat has gone in there to disturb it... I can smell the cat sand and the particles in the air. Then Mom went to pan fry some fish for the cat and THAT SMELL brought another bout of coughing fit.
It's my upper respiratory track infection man. But doctors won't see me. Ugh. Why. Whhhyyyyyyyyyyyy is my life so weird.
I felt heaps better around noon, but now (5pm ish) with the sun gone I think my fever is up again and I have the chills and my head hurts. Took second dose of paramolan at 4ish. I'm waiting for it to kick in.
